Request Status

AGREEMENT_RENDERING

After creating a Request, we render the Loan Agreement and as rendering takes some time, in the meantime, the Request remains in this status. Please note that in this status it is not yet possible to sign the contract.

PENDING_SIGNATURE

Once rendering is complete, you are ready to collect signatures from Request signers .

PENDING_QUALIFICATION

If your Credit Product uses Qualifications, the Application remains in this status until it is Approved (QUALIFIED) — which leads to the next valid status — or Denied (DENIED), which places the Application in CANCELED status. To learn more, see our Qualifications documentation.

PENDING_CASHOUT

For clients contracting Celcoin Managed Disbursement, the Request remains in this state after all parties have signed the Contract.

This status is temporary and persists during the moments between signing and Pix payment to the loan Beneficiary.

PENDING_PAYMENT

There are two ways for a Request to reach this status: After managed disbursement (if contracted) or after all parties to the Agreement have signed (if managed disbursement has not been contracted).

Requests in this status are awaiting the scheduled disbursement date provided (disbursement_date). On the scheduled date, the Request is submitted to the Issuer in the institution's specific back office for processing and payment (if applicable).

ISSUED

Final status of successful Requests.

CANCELED

Final status of unsuccessful requests. A request can reach CANCELED status in 4 cases:

  1. PENDING_SIGNATURE → CANCELED

    1. This occurs when the disbursement date is reached without all necessary signatures having been collected to complete the Request and send it to the Issuer.

    2. It can be manually cancelled via the Requests cancellation endpoint.

  2. PENDING_QUALIFICATION → CANCELED

    When the Funder or Originator denies the Request using the Qualifications flow.

  3. PENDING_CASHOUT → CANCELED

    In case of errors in the Managed Disbursement process, the Request is automatically cancelled to avoid its registration with the Issuer, when there was no disbursement.

  4. PENDING_PAYMENT → CANCELED

    For customers not using Celcoin Managed Disbursement, the Request can be manually cancelled at any time between Subscription and Assignment using the Request cancellation endpoint.
